The project manager develops specific quality plans for each order, and monitors their effective implementation throughout all phases of manufacturing to assure product quality and customer satisfaction. All inspection and test activities from raw material receipt to final inspection are identified in the quality plan. Documented inspection and test procedures are used to assure accurate and consistent examination results.
Codes and Standards
Ecodyne has a documented quality program that is in accordance with the ASME Code Section VIII, Division 1 Pressure Vessels, and the National Board of Boiler and Pressure Vessel Inspectors Inspection Code, and maintains a valid U and R Certificate. Ecodyne is also competent to design pressure vessels in accordance with the European Pressure Equipment directive 2014/68/EU (and formerly 97/23/EC.
